I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, the noise from outside at 3am was quite bothersome. On the bright side, the hotel had a nice big couch and served a delicious breakfast in a perfect area.

The rooms, although spacious and clean like a suite, lacked modern amenities like a USB input for TV updates, and had a slight smell of chlorine bleach. The service was a bit inconsistent, with extremely helpful staff during check-in and breakfast, but a less pleasant encounter with staff screaming at each other upon arrival and an unresolved booking issue. The location, near the river and with many services within walking distance, was convenient for exploring Palm Beach but had a downside for noise levels. The dining options were a hit or miss, with good fresh fruit but a lack of variety possibly resembling German standards. Overall, the value for money was reasonable, but some aspects could be improved.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel! The rooms were very clean and welcoming, equipped with a living room and bedroom. We enjoyed the free shuttle that took us wherever we wanted to go and the tasty complimentary breakfast. Dining inside the hotel while listening to live music was a treat. The lovely spa and fitness center were great, but it was a bit small for a king suite and had limited cardio machines available.
